Family Photos in Kiawah Island, SC || Sonesson Family:
Twenty miles outside of Charleston lies a pristine beach paradise called Kiawah Island. As a perfect place for a family beach vacation, families come back to Kiawah year after year. The Sonesson family are one of those families, and they are lucky enough that not only do they get a beach vacation in Kiawah, but also visit with family that live year round on the island. To say the least, the Sonesson kids, Hunter and India, had a blast at the kids’ camp on Kiawah, from playing on the beach, pool games, bike rides, and even surf lessons! And after one of the kids’ fun filled days at camp, what better way to remember their family beach vacation than family photos in Kiawah Island with yours truly?
Originally planning on family photos on the beach, the wind had other plans! A five minute car ride later, the Sonessons and I relocated to the beautiful River Course on Kiawah Island. With a breathtaking river and marsh view (and less wind!), the River Course was a perfect location for family photos. Hunter and India loved playing tag + rock, paper, scissors, climbing the majestic live Oak tree with their dad, and India was all smiles dancing with her mom. And what better way to end family photos than a tickle contest, with the whole family laughing and giggling?!
