Family Photos in Nosara Costa Rica || Mckean Family:
Some families take beach vacations to Costa Rica, and then some families really take beach vacations to Costa Rica. Meet the Mckeans. Trading the quite frigid winter temperatures and snow in Canada for tropical paradise in Costa Rica, the Mckeans escaped not for just a week, not for two, but for a month of beach family time in Nosara Costa Rica. They played in the ocean, walked on the beach, met new friends, explored the town and surrounding area, watched beautiful sunsets, and rode horses. To say the least, I don’t know who enjoyed their beach vacation more, the kids or adults – – little Sofi and Charlotte, or their parents, Nikki and Vic.
And what better way to end their month long beach escape than beach family photos in Nosara Costa Rica? Having recently completed her second round of cancer treatment, Nikki and I started the session capturing some gorgeous portraits of this beautiful, strong woman amidst the Nosara jungle. To say that Nikki rocked the session would be an understatement – – she simply glowed with happiness. And as a fellow photographer, I couldn’t be more honored that Nikki asked me to capture her joie de vivre and shared such intimate moments with me.
After exploring in the jungle, the Mckeans and I headed down to the beach. Little Señoritas Sofi and Charlotte showed us the way down a beautiful beach path. Between their giggles, ballet moves, and hugs, there never was a dull moment photographing these two cutie pies. As the sun started to set, the Mckeans played with the incoming tide and said buenas noches to another beautiful day in Pura Vidadise.
Pura Vida,
Kristen
