When Julie emailed me and let me know that that her family had a designated hashtag for their family vacation, #keepingupwiththeberlins, I got a feeling that this family was going to be fun to photograph. And upon meeting Grandma and finding out her nickname is Gramcracker, I knew I was in for a great family photo session.
Last week I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing this vivacious family group of thirteen. In honor of their late Grandpa, Gramcracker brought the family together for one heck of a family vacation in Costa Rica. Zip lining, river tubing, horseback riding, surf lessons, and some quality relax time, the Berlin’s certainly know how to vacation!
