Tamarindo Beach, Costa Rica –

Louisiana gal meets Arkansas boy. When Kara and Noel decided to elope to Costa Rica, they decided to start their trip with their honeymoon first. From San Jose to Arenal, they made it down from the jungle and volcanoes of Costa Rica to the beaches here in Guanacaste. On the second-to-last day of their elopement-moon they said their wedding vows during a beautiful sunset on the beach in Tamarindo.

The special love that Kara and Noel share was evident, from Noel’s wedding band inscription of Kara’s loving way of saying “I love you”, “Olive Juice”, to those in between moments of finding this couple exchanging a look. And then there were those small details, like a handkerchief embroidered with Noel’s initials for the bouquet and a gorgeous bracelet that belongs to Kara’s mom.

Dragonflies, which are thought to symbolize good energy here in Costa Rica, even surrounded the couple several times at different parts of the afternoon. Mixed in with that love was a bunch of mischief; love punches exchanged by both Kara and Noel, and a refreshing plunge into the Tamrindo Estuary. To top it all off were the kind words and love expressed by Kara and Noel’s family and friends via their Facebook Sneak Peek.

Lots of love to this awesome couple, Kara + Noel.

Kristen
