Savannah Bag Company – Welcome Canvas Tote Bags || Brand Photography in Savannah:

There is just something about the creative process that is so thrilling to me. Being part of the the ideas, possibilities, and/or the elbow grease makes the the final product that much more special – – even if that part is just minor one. Earlier this year one of my clients emailed me to pick my brain about digitizing a piece of artwork painted by her grandfather. This client happens to be a very talented physician, mother of two adorable toddlers, wife, and an artist. To say the least, Nicole Momberg Cohen certainly is a wonder woman! And, Dr. Cohen just so happens to be my doctor as well. 🙂

Several months after Nicole and I chatted about digitizing her grandfather’s painting, I was at her office for my annual wellness visit when she showed me one of the first samples of her grandfather’s painting printed on a canvas tote bag. I was blown away! From a painting hanging in her office to now being printed on canvas tote bags, what a great way to share a painting of iconic River Street in Savannah with locals and visitors. And what better name to call the new business than Savannah Bag Company? In the words of Nicole,

“The Savannah Bag Company began with a simple painting. One day, a local Savannah physician was in her office, staring at a painting by her favorite artist: her grandfather. With its playful imagery and pops of colors, it perfectly represented the charm of Savannah’s bustling River Street and the thriving culture of the city. With a desire to share the image with other locals, the Savannah Bag Company was born.”
