Summer Sunsets in Savannah Georgia –
Ahhhh Savannah, you are certainly giving Tamarindo a run for her money in the sunset department! In the two and a half weeks I was in Savannah this summer, Savannah showed a beautiful range of sunset colors – – pastel pink, orange sunset rays, magenta clouds, to a creamsicle orange glow. It was a challenge to pick my favorite sunset out of this trip, but if I have to chose, the top sunset just so happened on July 4th. Check it out below – – a little pre-firework sunset magic over Moon River on Independence Day!
Stunning, right?! The only one “downside” to chasing sunsets in the summer is the later working hours! Sunset in Tamarindo, Costa Rica does not change much during the year, ranging from 5:30 to 6:15PM. But, in Savannah, Gidget and I were chasing sunsets at almost 9PM! Either way, I am a happy camper and ever-so-fortunate to witness and capture Mother Nature’s magic!
(BTW if waiting thirty days for the monthly sunset post is like watching paint dry, head on over to Instagram and give me a follow @sambatothesea – – I post a sunset photo EVERY NIGHT! You’re welcome 😉 )
Pura Vida,
Kristen
