Tamarindo Costa Rica Engagement – Patience + Aaron:
Electric. The love that surrounds Patience and Aaron is just electric. Something that is so charged also needs to be grounded – – and that is just what Patience and Aaron do for each other. They ground and balance each other, making each other better.
Patience and Aaron met six years ago camping, and it was camping to where they returned when Aaron proposed to the love of his life, her ground to his charge, Patience. Originally from Arkansas, the couple has lived on the North Shore of Oahu, and love to travel. When Aaron found a phenomenal roundtrip airfare to Costa Rica from Arkansas ($350), the couple just had to come explore a new country. Recently engaged, they figured they should take advantage of such a beautiful place and do their engagement photos while visiting Tamarindo. Lucky, lucky, LUCKY me!
Staying in Tamarindo only for a couple of days, Patience and Aaron certainly found all of the good spots. Like a beautiful flower vendor at the Saturday Farmer’s Market that made Patience a flower crown, a local that leant Aaron his guitar to use during the engagement session, and their hotel Pasatiempo even upgraded their room!
And on the afternoon of their engagement session, we were extremely lucky to be blessed with a golden hour of afternoon sunlight before a thunderstorm marched its way into town. Patience and Aaron were beautiful to photograph – the love, light, and joy that radiates was oh-so-magical. Patience couldn’t wait to emerge herself in one of the low tide pools. Seriously, what else can my photographer heart ask for? SWOON.
On the other hand, Gidget wasn’t too thrilled to take a dip in the low tide pool! Ironically enough, Patience and Aaron even had a dog named Gidget – – such a small world!
Patience + Aaron, I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness. Have an amazing wedding back home in Arkansas! I may just have to come wedding crash! 😉
