Tamarindo, Costa Rica Family Photographer : Hennessey Family –
Escaping the cold weather in Alberta, Canada, Ayla, Tyler, and their six year old daughter Harper spent a relaxing AND adventurous ten days vacationing in Costa Rica. Basing themselves in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, the family enjoyed several days in Arenal, checking out the hot springs and doing a hanging bridge tour. To end their trip, they returned back to Tamarindo for their last three days. Tyler enjoyed some of the nice waves and surfed in Tamarindo Beach. Ayla relaxed at Langosta Beach Club and Harper loved playing in the sand on the beach. To top off their trip, the family decided to spend an afternoon doing family photos to document their awesome vacation in Tamarindo.
From start to finish, I had so much fun photographing this beautiful family on Tamarindo Beach. Harper could not have been cuter, although she was a tad bit shy at first to show off her recently lost tooth. The tooth fairy certainly was very good to her – a whole 5,000 Costa Rican Colones!!!! (About $10). The love and bond between this family radiated. And the chemistry between Ayla and Tyler was electric. For a family that never had done family photos before, these three certainly were naturals in front of the camera!!
