Ciara + Dylan

From the moment Ciara first went to coffee with Dylan, she knew she was going to marry him. Except for one minor detail…Dylan had invited Ciara to have coffee with him to let her know that he was leaving where they worked for a new job. There definitely was a mutual attraction between the two of them, but they both worked on the same Fixed Income desk, with Ciara as an intern. So Ciara was pleasantly surprised when Dylan asked her to coffee, but she definitely wasn’t expecting Dylan’s job change news.

However, Dylan wanted to make sure that Ciara knew everything she needed to know about Fixed Income for her intern role before his two weeks notice — and he was attracted to her. So one coffee turned into two weeks of coffees, and before they knew it, Dylan was moving to a new city for his new job. Unlucky Ciara, she didn’t like the internship, but lucky for Ciara that her internship led to meeting Dylan. Two weeks of coffee dates later, they decided to jump into saying long distance.

A couple of years later, Ciara + Dylan decided to start their new chapter as husband and wife much like they started darting — in a new destination, but obviously this time together! The couple exchanged vows in front of their closest family with a perfect minimony in Costa Rica. Ciara’s brother officiated the ceremony and the weather could not have been more perfect for their initmate wedding on the beach in Tamarindo. Congrats you two!

AND thank you for the beautiful review Ciara!

“Working with Kristen was nothing short of amazing! My husband, our immediate family, and I traveled to Tamarindo for a small wedding ceremony. Leading up to the trip, Kristen was extremely responsive and that remained true up until we received our wedding album. She made the photo session so fun and the end product was breathtaking!”

Pura Vida,
Kristen

Want to know the dilemma when you’re a photographer? You’re not in the photo because you’re the one behind the camera. Sure, you can use a tripod and set the camera to a timer, but if you really want all those moments captured, you entrust those moments to another photographer.
So when Davina + Daniel, two very talented photographers, emailed me asking if I’d capture lifestyle family photos in Costa Rica for their family of four, I was beyond honored.
