Down a bumpy, dirt roads lies Nosara Costa Rica (officially known as Playa Guiones). Over the past ten years, this small beach town has become quite the hot spot for surfers and yogis. Nosara is nestled in between a beach preserve and rolling hills, a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. So when Laura first visited, she knew it was a perfect location not only for her to get away, practice yoga, and surf, but also for her Salty Sisters surf and yoga retreat in Nosara.

 A couple of retreats in, Laura and I met up do some lifestyle yoga brand photos in Nosara Costa Rica — we walked through the streets of Playa Guiones, spotting a gorgeous red VW Bus, before heading down to the beach for sunset. Laura radiated with such beauty and joy — a pleasure to photograph!
